Paramount Books

Paramount Books Pvt Ltd has given a very generous donation of over 6000 new textbooks to MICT. This will be a part of the MICTs Education Program in flood-affected areas. While the immediate need in such areas is for food, shelter, and livelihood, we are aware that education can quickly become a lesser priority. The issues around education in Pakistan are well known. Climate change only exacerbates these issues, and schools may be immersed in water or provide temporary shelter to people who become homeless. MICT places education high in its flood response once the initial phase of the emergency is over. These gifts of textbooks will provide great impetus to our agenda.
